The founder and driving force behind the academy is prince ADENIYI ADEYINKA who has been the top loop of national football for more than 15 years.
Having spent some time abroad with sports academy in mind, prince ADEYINKA came to reduce the need to talent identification and nurturing within the greater Nigeria community he was soon to discover just how much talent was available as well as the amount of willingness to take part .Due to this discovery, CASTMOS, FOOTBALL  ACEDEMY was set up in September 12, 2009 in OSUN STATE, NIGERIA. With this motive, it would identify talents and proceed to nurture it on a long term basis, within the hope in mind that those looked after would proceed to greatness and possibly be contracted both home and abroad.
Any factor that hampered the progress of this newly formed academy was that many of the students came from disadvantageous homes and communities.
Due to this, it would often require a few days of proper nutrition and treatment to bring them to a decent level of health and fitness, thus, delaying the period of focus on performance aspects off the game. It was very evident that natural talent was abundant and somethings had to be done to maintain the general well-being and decent level of fitness among the group.
 After 5 years of good international repute the academy was given an international certificate and renamed as CASTMOG ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL with addition of other sports like basketball, hand ball, boxing, athletics and power lifting for special people (Disable).
